If your stay must be cancelled or cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or other events beyond your control, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your stay.
The new travel dates must be mutually agreeable and are subject to villa availability. Any rescheduled stay will be coordinated directly with our team so we can find dates that work for both parties.
Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring every guest has the opportunity to enjoy their Grand Cayman vacation at a later date. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected event may affect your reservation.
